When you make an appointment with one of the therapists or hairdressers which work with Mobile Beauty UK you are booking in line with their terms. Mobile Beauty UK provides booking services for clients and advertising services to the Specialist we are not a party to this contract. Mobile Beauty UK is not responsible for any act or omission of the Specialist or for any negligence on their part, you both will be covered for any claim under their insurance as you would with mobile therapist.
Bookings and cancellations
Mobile Beauty UK will confirm the appointment on receipt of a booking fee (£2.50-£10.00) which is paid using Google Checkout which are ultra secure servers. Clients are expected to pay the specialist on the day of the treatment unless the specialist states otherwise on time of booking. You may cancel your appointment at any time up before the time scheduled for the appointment, you will be able to claim your booking fee back if the booking does not go ahead. If you wish we will instead leave you with credit to book another treatment. Specialists may have their own terms on cancelations which will be informed when appointment has been made.
Terms for working with Mobile Beauty UK
We provide appointments for the services rendered by you. Specialists work independently of themselves and work on their own terms. Terms such as these if uncommon to the typical booking can be stated on the specialists profile on the booking system. The receipt of bookings will continue for any specialists who are joined to the system and continue to pay the monthly fee (not applicable to therapists or hairdressers on special promotions). The only time we will remove specialists from our books at our descretion if we find out something uncivilised or criminal has occured.
