Herbal Essence hair products are household names with nearly every channel showing adverts for them but how do their hair products really stack up when reviewed by a professional who is used to hair product reviews?
Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends Shampoo states that it will help to protect against split ends and breakages in the hair getting lost in the velvety formula, quite a claim hey?
Smell wise the shampoo smells lovely, but that is just about the only good thing I can say about the product. Whilst using the shampoo I found I needed to apply loads of it to produce enough lather as it did not lather up well at all! After washing the shampoo out for about 3 minutes I still did not feel that the shampoo had all come out, remember this is not one of my conditioner reviews! After rinsing it again I still did not get the squeaky clean feeling I received with the TIGI Bed Head Moisture Maniac Shampoo and after using the Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends Shampoo I cannot say I saw any differences with my split ends!? My hair still broke and did not look ‘beautiful’ as I assumed it would.

I would not buy this product again and at £3.45 for a 400ml bottle I believe you can purchase some supermarket own brand and gain the same if not better results, don’t believe the hype!
