Beauty therapists and hairdressers advertise for free!

Mobile Beauty UK have now been working with beauty therapists and hairdressers all over the UK for nearly three years now and in that time we have discovered what they want the most thorough way for them to advertise. Firstly we started out by taking calls. Clients would find our websites call us and ask to make a booking, but it wasn’t as easy as that! Questions were asked such as ‘how long have they been in the business for’, ‘when are the free’, ‘what products do they use’ and many more which to list here would take me all day! At the moment we have over 1000 mobile beauty therapists and hairdressers advertising their home beauty treatments on our site and for us to have one hand all of their details which would allow us to answer all of these questions were out of the question. We decided it would be best to have a system where each therapist could have all of their information in one place so clients could get the answers they need there and then instead of us having to make many phone calls before we could actually make the booking. Another thing we found is therapists are very busy working on clients meaning picking up the phone to answer these questions wasn’t possible. Then after a booking was finished they would be on their way in their cars to a new client meaning again picking up the phone to answer beauty related questions wasn’t going to be possible. The therapists and hairstylists would get back to us but it wouldn’t be until they had finished work which usually meant the client had gone elsewhere.

What we offer in the form of advertising

Being website professionals we understand that just being on a website does not guarantee you business, usually you will have to find the website first and then search for the area/services you are interested in only to be presented with all the other beauty therapists advertising in your area. What we do that is different is we create each therapist their own pages which are tailored to their specific areas and treatments. This allows their pages to be found in the search engines when someone searches for what they want and finding YOU instead of finding a website where the whole process will have to be carried out again! Many of our therapists profiles have very high rankings so when you type in the services you are looking for where you live the chances are you will find the page of a beauty therapist offering the services you are looking for where you live making their profile page much like their own little website with everything a normal website would contain. To keep the therapists safe from false bookings (we found this is a common practice by competitors and the like) we take a booking fee of £2 which makes the booking more secure as we have all of the clients details since they have to book via PayPal! This fee is not for us but it goes to charity. Soon we will give clients a choice of where they want their money to go with a choice of charities.
